Through Dec 2, 2019, Kroger is offering discounted gift cards for 29 stores as part of its Black Friday Gift Card Event.
Customers must load the digital coupons to their Kroger account.
Note: Some offers require a purchase of multiple gift cards.

I don’t think that e-coupons for physical GCs are pulled based on inventory at all Kroger locations… oh, you probably meant the maximum number of redemptions was reached. I’ve never paid enough attention to Kroger GCs to know if that’s ‘a thing’ for them. Maybe those brands withdrew participation in the offer for another reason. availability might vary by state/region, or maybe all members don’t get the same offers. Basically, I have no clue, LOL.

My account only has 15 coupons now, down from 24, and BF hasn’t even started. They’ve probably reached the maximum number of redemptions.
