I really scored with my pricematch via chat. Not only did she adjust the order down to $12.78, but she let me use the 20% off coupon I had used in my previous order, so I only paid $10.22 plus tax for the batteries, which is just enough to get me the $3 extra from topcashback and qualify me for June ink rewards. Now that was easy.

@MrVietnam I just hope the pricematch doesn’t interfere with the tracking from TCB, are they issuing a refund for the diffference or going into the order and manually lowering the price before it is billed? Sometimes manual intervention can mess up the affiliate tracking, hope that’s not the case.

They went in and kept the same order number and just adjusted the billing on the order and gave a discount before it was billed. I will use this order as a learning experience to see if I should keep this strategy in the future when there is a $3 TCB bonus at stake. I don’t mind risking the $3 and taking one for the team.

That was quick.I just ordered the batteries 4 hours ago and I just got an e-mail saying my order has shipped.That is unusual for two reasons. First, I have never had an item ship on s Sunday before and second, the estimated delivery date is Thursday, even though I chose free TWO business day shipping. It shows it is being delivered by a third party carrier, so that probably has something to do with it.
The last time they had free after rewards batteries, the third party carrier lost my package, so I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement (using a different order number). I later got an e-mail saying they were out of stock, but I still got my rewards from the lost package, so it turned out to be a $13.59 rewards MM for me with no money OOP.

No, coupons don’t impact CB at TCB, however, as noted before here on PHAT, do not use chrome to purchase, use IE. For some reason, tracking doesn’t come through using chrome. if the CB isn’t reported within a week, open a ticket for the CB and the bonus amt.

In 2020, I’ve had 21 successful transactions with Chrome and TCB, including 4 with Office Depot. This is the only one with tracking issue, and the only one using a non-TCB Office Depot coupon.

I always thought you got the rewards for these type of deals the day or day after it ships. I got an e-mail on Sunday that my batteries have shipped and were expected to be delivered on Thursday, June 25, but so far I do not see the rewards added to my rewards balance. I see the transaction in rewards activity and it says I earned the rewards, but I do not see them reflected in my rewards total. I also did a product review yesterday and in rewards activity it shows I earned $2, but I do not see that amount added to my rewards balance either.
I have noticed sometimes Topcashback is slow in posting transactions, so I wouldn’t worry too much that you don’t see your purchase posted. It may take another day or two or so for them to post.

Nope. Office Depot price match and TCB worked fine before, both before and after the purchase.

Mine hasn’t shown up either. I used the coupon and did the online price match but it never showed as tracking. Nothing at all on TCB (but I did get the popup tracking window saying it was active when I placed the order). They also had a $3 extra CB on $10 purchase that Sunday and that hasn’t shown either. It took 4 days but my OD rewards did show up. I haven’t spent them so I’m just going to do a return.
