I never got the bonus or even the regular cash back tracking from my Office Depot purchase the last time they offered this last month, and I think I’m not the only one.

I did not, either, but we both used a non-TCB coupon. I don’t remember having any issue when I did not use non-TCB coupon.

How do you get a TCB coupon? You don’t think the price match had anything to do with it, right?

They are listed on the same store’s page on TCB. I had no problem with TCB and OD price match.

Placed an order (Dell) about 3 hours ago. It’s already tracked at TCB with the $4 bonus.

Mr. V, isn’t that the order you got PM’ed to Amazon (Duracells?) I think that’s the problem. when they go into the order and change it, it no longer refers back to the CB portal and why I don’t recommend doing that. It’s best to wait a few days after the order ships and request it as a post sale credit to your CC for the difference.
A non TCB coupon at OD won’t mess it up, I’ve used them before and of course I used IE now for my orders.
Mine tracked with no issues.

I think what I will do since I need a $10 spend this month for ink recycling anyway. I will wait and see if tomorrow Office Depot has any batteries free after rebate and if they do I will buy $15 worth without using any coupons and with no pricematching and see what happens. MC, did you use any coupon the last time you did the 100% battery offer? I used Microsoft Edge like you recommended, too.

Browser: Chrome is the only one I’ve used in the past 2 years.
Price match: No problem in my experience. However, I think this does add more risk for order tracking.
Coupon: Since TCB also has the 20% OD coupon, use it instead of other ones. Otherwise, that’s one more reason for them to deny cashback.

No, no Q’s used, but 20% off codes have never messed up CB for me in the past.

Mine hasn’t shown up either. I used the coupon and did the online price match but it never showed as tracking. Nothing at all on TCB (even though I did get the popup tracking window saying it was active when I placed the order). They also had a $3 extra CB on $10 purchase that Sunday and that hasn’t shown either. It took 4 days but my OD rewards did show up. I haven’t spent them so I’m just going to do a return.

Curious @Noahbody what browser did you use to click on the TCB link to OD?
For a time, I was having trouble with my OD orders not getting reported CB at TCB. That was on Chrome.
I started using IE and haven’t had a problem since.
