If you didn’t like the pizza melt, fill out the rebate form with your your name, contact information and address.
Upload a photo of your original, store dated receipt with the product, price and purchase date clearly visible.
Make sure the purchase price is circled. Must be dated between 3/16/2020 and 9/30/2020.
If you are eligible by fulfilling all the terms, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from Schwan’s receipt of required documentation for delivery of refund check!

- Item is NOT FREE. you don’t simply walk into store and take a box… nor is this a ‘rebate’. It is a money back if not satisfied offer which requires people to possibly LIE to get the money saying you didn’t like it for a refund, NOT A REBATE.
If you can take the time to post up full and honest information in the title, all these posts will be moved to expired and will not be moved back.
