Do they reimburse the cost of the cereal + the incentive amount or do they only provide the incentive amount only? If the latter, the incentive = roughly the cost of the product, so basically they are giving you the cereal for free if you help them evaluate it. This is still worth it, but they will make you work for the privilege of trying the product for free. Thanks for posting.

They offered me $4 to buy a box of cereal and I believe they said that was the only compensation I would receive. So yes, it seems they are giving you the cereal for free if you help them evaluate it.
