Hopefully Sunday Office Depot will have something 100% back in Rewards that can be bought which would satisfy the $10 purchase requirement for September ink recycling at the same time.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I initially ordered 1 pack of AA and 1 pack of AAA so I could use a 20% off coupon, but after I ordered it looked like the order was broken into two separate orders with two separate order numbers and each of those sub-orders was just below $10, so I canceled that order and just ordered 1 pack of AA with no coupons. Hopefully I will still get the bonus. I canceled the first order with a couple minutes of ordering and realizing what OD had done with my order.

I think OD usually takes a few days. I placed my order today haven’t picked it up yet – 1 pack of batteries with 20% coupon + $1 sanitizer.

That’s strange. I finally see 48 cents in cashback tracked for my Office Depot battery purchase on 9/4, but I did not receive the $2.50 bonus for spending $10 or more. I am positive I activated the bonus before I placed my order. I will have to e-mail customer service and find out what’s going on.
As I was filing a claim it said:
Missing Cashback Claims
Current known issuesTop up hasn’t been applied to my transaction
What do you suppose that means? Is top up the $2.50 bonus they were offering or something else? Have all of you who did this offer see the $2.50 bonus tracking also?

Each transaction has a “Top Up Amount”. I don’t know what that is, and I have never seen anything other than $0.
Topcashback has problem with the bonus tracking if the purchase transaction is not posted BEFORE the last day of the bonus promo. Someone posted about it before. That’s more of an issue for OD who is on the slow side. You have to wait 14 days before filing a ticket.

No, my purchase from 9/5 is not even there yet. I forgot to turn off the 3rd party cookie blocker, but I don’t know if that makes any difference.
