15 Applebee's locations will close for good in the fourth quarter of 2020. Nearly 100 IHOP locations would be closing in the next six months.

There was an IHOP built and opened just prior, well within a year, of Covid. I drove past a couple of days ago and thought I saw a realtor for sale/rent sign posted on the front door. I suspect it will be one of the “nearly 100” closing.
