Thanks for this… but how do you know whether the existing WAGS CASH didn’t come from another earn 5 wys 20 deal previously… is it listed separately?

Thanks for this… but how do you know whether the existing WAGS CASH didn’t come from another earn 5 wys 20 deal previously… is it listed separately?
sorry if that was confusing, in other words, if all you are ordering is the colgate on an an order, you can use Wags Cash all you want. If you are getting the Colgate as part of a larger $20 order to use the $5 WC/20 offer, then don’t redeem the WC on your order.
As always, ok to use Wags cash on ‘quantity’ offers (ie buy 2, get $5 WC) but not on offers tied to spend (ie, spend $20, get $5WC)

Thanks Mr.C. Then Crap! I redeemed $2 in Rewards for the purchase which had both the Colgate and $5 WC/20.
My order receipt on the bottom says ‘Estimated member rewards earned: $10.21’.
Unsure if the 10.21 will post until after I pickup the order… if it doesn’t, I’ll return everything but then the $3 off 2 Colgate cpn wouldn’t go back into the account anymore.

You might luck out. If you don’t maybe your store manager can manually add the $5 WC.
Yesterday, I did an order where ONE colgate was OOS. screwed up BOTH, earned $0 as a result. (didn’t pay with WC), ass’t manager was a really sweet young lady, manually gave me the $10 since it wasnt my fault really. All worked out luckily.

@mistercheap I also had a store pickup order that had a few items canceled - almonds and toothpaste. Which brought the total down to below $20. I didn’t think the store employees would understand that I lost the $10 W-Cash bc of that so I canceled the order. Apparently once the Colgate manufacturer cpn is used, it doesnt go back to the account after canceling th he order. Got on Live Chat (which took forever to get a CS online) and they credited me $3 for the cpn.

Same thing happened on another account where I bought 6 almonds and 2 Nivea. Total before coupon code was over $20 but actual amount after coupon was $19.xx. Order receipt showed the Estimate WAG CASH is$10 [$5 WYB $20 & $5 Nivea]. After order was picked up, I only got $5 WAG CASH.

I did the colgate and almonds, the $3/2 is def. a manu Q. drops total below $20 but people are getting the $10 WC. Not sure how thatt Nivea Q is worded the five $ one.

Do you mean MFG coupons don’t count against the total but store cpn does?
Wish their Estimate WAG CASH Earned is more accurate when I was still adding items to the Shopping cart instead of having surprises like this
