Thanks for the data point. Did you ask why the $10 promo didn’t get credited? FWIW, I’d have the promo website ready on my phone in case it prompts them to manually apply the $10 off. Did you just join Prime for this promo or were you already a member? Also, if you were already a Prime member, have you ever used your barcode in store for one of their previous $10 off Promos? TIA.
Already a Prime member. Have not used 10 off before. I didnt push the issue since it’s supposed to be for NEW MEMBERS
