Saturday I bought two 6 oz cans of Blue Diamond Ghost Extreme almonds from Walmart and submitted my receipt. This morning I got a reply and it says: “We’re sorry to let you know but your receipt could not be accepted. The receipt does not show a qualifying purchase. Please submit your receipt with a qualifying purchase by 8/31/2022.” I just submitted a support request to their customer service. The almonds I bought had their UPC listed in their qualifying UPCs on their website, so I don’t get it.
The only possibility is I chose the wrong receipt from my scan folder when I submitted, but that is doubtful. Should I resubmit right now or wait for the reply from their customer support team? Since I already submitted a support request I might as well wait for their reply first.
By the way, why is this thread locked? As a common courtesy, it would be good to state a reason to the poster why their thread is getting locked. Upon further research, I see it was expired due to being a repost, but why the need to lock?
