I still never got my Benadryl stuff approved, and they’re not very responsive to emails and there’s no other way to reach them.

I still never got my Benadryl stuff approved, and they’re not very responsive to emails and there’s no other way to reach them.
A few years ago I had trouble with a J&J rebate submission – it kept getting rejected because their system claimed that it couldn’t read my walgreens.com receipt/packing slip. I contacted CS and eventually got a reply stating that they are forwarding my case to tech support. They never got back to me and once the promo ended there was no way to contact them. I never received my $10 rebate. I’ve been wary of J&J rebates ever since.
