With Swagbucks’ poor customer service I personally don’t want to risk having to rely on a manual credit.

I remember having this conversation last year, but I will tell you again. Whenever you want to upload a receipt on Swagbucks you have to choose what store the receipt is from from a group of stores they provide you to choose from. Hallmark Gold Crown stores are not one of the store options, thus making actually redeeming this offer impossible without customer service intervention.

I bought $10 at Hallmark yesterday and I am trying to find the Swagbucks offer. Where did you see it?
EDIT: Nevermind. I found it in Magic Receipts. I will contact Customer Service to get my $5.
EDIT2: Good news! They now have added Hallmark stores as an option when you choose what store you made your purchase from, so I was able to get my $5.02 with no customer service intervention required (thank goodness as their customer service is lacking to say the least). I got 2 cents for scanning the receipt. Hopefully the offer will still be around in December and I will do it again at that time. Thanks for the HU, MC.
