No Saturday Samplers at Shaws since the change in J4u. This week 2 accounts have a free 10lb bag of potatoes and one account has a free pound of butter. I had a free box of organic green salad which I didn’t claim and if I get the potatoes & butter I will give them away. One week they gave me a free Alpha burrito which I got because there was an iBotta offer for it.

They have many different varieties to choose from. I got the restaurant style, extra crispy, seasoned french fries. They were regular price $3.99, but on sale this week for $2.99.

I found the free fries in my Safeway app under Deals > Categories > Frozen Foods. I always have a hard time finding the freebies in the app, but it helps to know what to look for. Where does everyone else find them?

I don’t like the ‘new’ Safeway app. I have a hard time finding deals/coupons – even the ones advertised in the weekly ad.
So I prefer to login to the Safeway website on my laptop. In SAFEWAY4U, under the ‘EVENTS’ category, there would be a checkbox for ‘SATURDAY SAMPLER’ if there is one.
(I also checked frozen foods and I still don’t have the offer. Oh well.)

Thanks, that was helpful. I found the Events category on the website. The fries are there under Saturday Sampler for me, and I also saw that I have a free case of water, only available in a new store that opened close to me. I got a mailer last week that said new accounts only, but now I see it in my existing account, so thank you.
