Looks like it’s supposed to be for Revlon products, but seems to work on any purchase in store. You do need to enter your phone number unfortunately.

Google Voice numbers will not work. I tried already.

Strange. It is not saying “discontinued” for me. I was redeeming multiple times for family and friends. I hope it didn’t send the same gift card barcode to everyone. I guess I had better rush out to Walmart. 😆 LOL

typically you can contact them or reply STOP with a text to opt out.
