Rite Aid: Managers and shift supervisors can now add missing Bonus Cash in store at their discretion

FYI, your shift & managers can now added Courtesy Bonus cash in even numbers to your transaction. If you bought something & it didn’t print, they’ll tell you to do another transaction & add the missing amount. It’ll show as 0 BC on receipt but produce the BC after the transaction is complete.

can you explain this in more detail Mr. V, not sure I understand the another transaction part. do you have to buy something again? otherwise, great news.

Unconfirmed report that it’s a max of $6. They have a $2 and a $4 key. If it’s more than that then the customer has to contact CS. So it will decrease to calls to CS for small amounts. Usually I just forget about small amounts. I might ask for it once the stores are comfortable doing it. I expect there will be “Bonus Cash Challenges” initially 😋.

Love that Rite Aid humor.
