The 99 Cents Only Stores had qualifying boxes of Special K on sale for $1.00 on Sunday, hopefully that $1.00 price is active for this week. Brown Sugar Cinnamon isn’t in the list of qualifying products, but it is in the official rules/official terms & conditions for this cooler tote (my receipt was approved.)
You can submit more than one receipt, but each receipt has to be submitted within 30 days. Purchase has to be by 6/30/2023 but you can submit receipts until 7/30/2023.

This one shipped out fast. The cooler tote measures about 18 inches wide, 12 inches tall, and maybe 5 or 6 inches deep if you flare out the bottom of the bag (which decreases the width and height a bit.)
It would make a pretty quality bag for hauling groceries, but I also believe it would make an even better work lunch cooler for large items that you don’t want to carry in your main cooler.
There are clips on the side which I think make it cool better by compacting the extra space, but I don’t think it would turn this into a YETI.
Definitely worth at least $3 (or the value of the cereal I bought) and it actually might be worth the close to half (or more) of the $20 Kellogg’s ARV.
