see scan, each offer is limit 2 across the GC’s shown in each GROUPING.

Rite Aid is now giving Bonus Cash (no longer Plenti Points), Bonus Cash available on your store card the following day, You can not ‘partial spend it’, must go over the threshold for it to apply. 0_1515518716203_Capture.JPG You can no longer use it at Exxon, Macy’s. etc.

  • Two important questions:

    1. Can the Bonus Cash be used to buy other gift cards?

    2. How long do you have to use the bonus cash before it expires?

Here are the answers to your two questions:

    1. No, Bonus Cash cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

    2. Bonus Cash is good for 60 days. It becomes available to be used at 6 am the day after it is earned.

Anyone know what happens when you have both Plenti and Bonus Cash, is there a choice during checkout to choose which one to spend?

The 60 days limit is rather tight. This seems like the old system before Plenti was introduced. Now I really will miss Plenti which looks like a much generous system.

The Plenti Points still work the same, you have the option to use them or not use them on the order (click Yes or No) on the screen.

If you elect to use them and have Bonus Cash also, the BC will deduct first and any remaining amount, as long as it is over $2, will hit Plenti.

Actually, 60 days is pretty good when you consider a) the old UPs program gave you 14 days to use them and the ECB’s at CVS are only valid for 30 days.

The bonus cash does roll also, so if you spend it on a new purchase that earns it, you get more bonus cash and it resets to the new 60 day expiration on the ‘rolling’ order date of purchase.

I too much preferred the Plenti program to Bonus Cash, but Rite Aid will do whatever Rite Aid wants to do. One thing I recommend all of us do that shop at Rite Aid is to call and/or e-mail customer service and let them know you want PRINTABLE Bonus Bucks, so we can be in control of it. As it is now it is all digital. Any Bonus Bucks you have banked will automatically come off BEFORE you are able to use your coupons. The only way to avoid that is by scanning your card last AFTER you use your coupons. Only problem with that is some cashiers insist you scan your card first and second, Rite Aid coupons are tied to your card and will beep unless you scan your card first. If Bonus Cash was printable like +UPs were then we could be in control of it. I think having a digital system is good for some. but for couponers printable Bonus Cash is much better for us. It could print out on the receipt just as +UPs did. When you call and/or e-mail you could also let Rite Aid know how much you liked the Plenti program and dislike Bonus Cash. When I asked the rep why Rite Aid no longer allows you to earn Plenti points at Rite AId he answered that it was “above his pay grade”, but I did request he write that down in his comments from my call he would be passing on to the higher ups.

If you want to e-mail the e-mail address you should use is customer.service@riteaid.com.
If you elect to call instead call 1-800-RITE-AID and follow the voice prompts for Customer Service.
