@marvomatic My guess is, it may not be a mistake but short dated merchandise, seen Amazon do this before. So be prepared if you get it and it expires in August 24.

Chunk light tuna can be inexpensive. It tastes a little like fishy cardboard IMO.
White tuna tastes better and costs more.I wouldn’t worry about eating a can of tuna marked “Best By August '24”. Canned foods can last for years if stored properly. The date just means they can’t sell it after that date. It will end up in a scratch & dent grocery store or donated. Feeding America accepts packaged items up to 6 months after their Best By date.

Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 12 oz Cans (Pack of 12) - Wild Caught Tuna $21 (They mean 5 oz cans!) That’s 29 5oz cans for $21 = .72 for a 5 oz can!
Compare to the next one:
Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Oil, 12 oz Cans (Pack of 12) - Wild Caught Tuna $28
It has to be a mistake!

$2.38 for a 12 oz. can at WM. 12 @ $2.38 = $28.56.
The savings is 15% for buying a case.

https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/AKFOLRIV5CGCC?tag=phtwllt-20&ref=psp_pc_cart_collapse_cpi_t1First off, chunk light tuna is often on sale 79c-99c a can at grocery stores. you’d be a fool to pay over $2 per on a 5 oz can. $12 for a case of 12 max. I stand by my claim that it’s short dated stock they are clearing out. They can’t sell it after expiration, so they often discount it short dated. PS @Marvomatic the water and oil are different products. if you get sent the wrong item just complain, screen shot the product page.

Your right! Had a great price on Best foods Mayonnaise 48 oz, for $2, Wheat Thins 20oz package, etc. The Mayonnaise, and the Wheat Thins expired in 4 months!
