They are getting more stingy. It used to be a $15 minimum spend, now it is $20. I will still get a Walmart gift card as I will spend the $20 anyway at Walmart or Sam’s Club do might as well get a few dollars off.

offer is $3 vs $2.50, so another .50 on $5 add. spend which is 10%, 15% back overall on $20 gift card for WalMart which is still quite good. about 17.5% on $2.50 on $15.
