I’m usually paying for things w/ Rewards/points or giftcards and recently only RMN has been giving cash back when you pay w/Rewards.

That’s your right, but I do cashback strictly as a business decision. if one site is paying the most cashback and I can rely on that service to pay it out, that’s who I use.
if a CB rate is the same among 3 or 4 sites I’ll typically use the one that has the most reliable in terms of reporting and paying it out in a reasonable amount of time.

boycotting will do nothing. And on 99% of the purchases, if you use your ebates cc, you get an extra 3% on top of the bonus %

Seriously though, ebates sucks… they destroyed my favorite website (Fatwallet) and using them for cashback gives them money. That’s bad… maybe not “North Korea bad”… but still bad.
