Taco Bell free soft drink for seniors with any purchase YMMV
-
One perk of getting old is people feel sorry for your advanced age and give you things.
When I order a soft drink at fast food places (or coffee, assuming they aren’t running a $1 any size cup special) I ask for the senior coffee or senior soft drink.
Recently I discovered that TACO BELL doesn’t charge you anything for the soft drink. Sometimes I go in for lunch or mid day for a ‘snack’ off their $1 menu (I recommend their Bean/Cheesy/Rice burrito, they use Queso and it’s got some kick to it, and actually quite filling for $1) and a soft drink and I pay $1 or $2 + tax (sometimes I order 2 burritos if more of a meal thing).
Keep in mind, you’ll usually be given the small size cup, but refills are free w/dine in.
Sometimes you’ll get a larger size cup which is great for refilling on your way out and having a soda for the road.

I flash my AARP card, since it says RETIRED PERSON on it, they usually take it if asked for ID, however, I have not been asked for ID. I am not 65.
Since it’s Taco Bell, ask for the SENOR Discount.
