Attachments are only available when you create a new topic, use the reply or quote links, or edit your reply. You can not attach or access the other text editor features using the quick reply box. If you click the 3 vertical dots under your last post above, you can select “edit” to add a picture.
Please see my 3 posts in this thread describing 3 different ways to add pictures to your posts: https://phatwalletforums.com/topic/174/what-is-this-for/17. The method is similar for attachments.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
ETA: the only thing about posting pics/attachments that’s different on mobile is that you may need to scroll the toolbar at the top of the text editor box to the left to see/access all of the features.

@KohlsPowrShopper Please try to upload files again and let me know if you’re still having problems with it. @dangeRuss enabled both pdf and txt files specifically, so you shouldn’t experience anymore upload issues. He also enabled the file uploads icon (a black arrow to the right of the cloud icon in the text editor box). Both the cloud upload and the file uploads allowed me to properly upload pdf and text files.

To make editing on mobile devices easier, could @dangeRuss change the order of the editing icons to bring the last two attachment icons next to the url link icon, and swap the smiley icon with the strike-through icon? Maybe even add the ability to underline?
On a side note, this Kohl’s offer has expired; since there is no “Mark this offer as expired” button, could you please be so kind as to move it?

@kohlspowrshopper I’m not sure I can control the order of the icons, but please report it under PhatWallet Support. As far as expired deals, you can flag a post for moderation (not your own post, but any post in the thread) and let us know that it’s expired.
