@mistercheap Too bad the new gels don’t have an option for asprin-based, only acetaminophen-based (unlike their effervescent tablets). My liver says no thank you.

this still may be a MM opportunity with the rebate (ie, get back $11.99 but only spend $7 oop a/ bonus cash or extra bux or something along those lines. So, even if you don’t plan on ever using it, if they pay you to buy it, still worth doing it. you can always give it away or donate it.

$3/1 ip on coupons.com
eta: Form has a box to be checked:
Did you use a coupon when purchasing your item?
Required information appears to have red asterisk. The coupon use question has a white asterisk. Default is “no”. If you click “yes” it asks for the coupon amount. Looks like its best not to use coupon if you want maximum cash out.
-
When submitting online, it says:
Upload a photo of your purchase receipt with amount paid, date of purchase, store name, UPC, and transaction number clearly visible
I bought mine at Rite Aid and they do not print UPC numbers on the receipt… Do you think that will be an issue? No need to cut out the UPC from the box and submit it or scan it, right?
-
@mrvietnam Can you take a photo of the upc on the box next to the receipt? Any reason you don’t want to remove the UPC? I usually cut them off and tape them on the receipt right below the price paid and over any coupon used.

I probably could have, but I already submitted the receipt by itself online. When it was talking about the UPC number it was talking about that number as listed on your receipt, but besides Walmart I don’t know of any stores that list the UPC number on the receipt.
I guess Rite Aid will accept returns up to a month after you bought something, so I can just wait to see if the rebate gets approved and if not, just return it back to Rite Aid.
Customers can return used or unused items with an original receipt to receive a full refund. When items are returned within 30 days of the receipt date, Rite Aid offers customers an exchange, credit, refund or store credit via a Rite Aid Merchandise Return Card.

I called their customer service and the UPC does not have to be printed on the receipt by the store. She said just to cut out the UPC from the box and scan a picture of it along with the receipt and that will suffice. She said I could resubmit and the one without a UPC number will be rejected as unqualified and the one that I included the UPC will be processed.

@mrvietnam I learned a long time ago, do what the T&C say to do. Takes less time in the end.

Amen to that, Maine, but like I said the wording and example receipt shown made it seem the UPC number needed to be printed on your receipt, like they do at Walmart. But as you said, the terms and conditions spelled it out. My bad. Good lesson to learn for next time.
As I said, I resubmitted with the cut out UPC along with the receipt, so I should be fine. It is actually a $2 MM minus sales tax because this week you get $2 back in Bonus Cash when you purchase the item.

new $3/1 Digital Coupon at Stop Shop and Giant YMMV
Coupon use will be deducted from the amount you get back on this rebate, but a good idea if you want to have less OOP and save a little on tax.

yes, but if you use both the digital and the paper manu Q at this chain (which they usually allow) you may luck out and get a $3mm as only one coupon will show attached to the item (trust me on this)

LAST DAY at Rite Aid,
on sale $8.99, get back $2 BC ($2 MM). then see if you can do the $3/1 insert coupon as a post coupon so it’s not deducted on the receipt.
