Dunkin Donuts Perks Program Change: Lose points if no activity in account after six months

Account Inactivity
For DD Perks members who join after November 1, 2018, if a Member does not purchase a Qualifying Product with an enrolled DD Card for a period of 6 months, the Points earned will expire and will be removed from the Members’ account. For DD Perks Members prior to November, 1, 2018, if no there is no purchase of a Qualifying Product before April 30, accrued points will expire.

@mistercheap As long as they still send out the birthday coupons… though those seemed to have stopped. Is that in there somewhere?

No, I mean the birthday coupon. They seem to have stopped coming. As well as the ones for when you sign up for an account. Used to come via email, now you have to actually log into the account.

The birthday coupons are still around - I got one a few months ago as usual. But I saw yesterday in the updated terms that they made a change there and maybe also to the regular reward expiration:
Birthday Free beverage Reward Coupons expire 7 days from the time they are issued. Other Free beverage coupons expires 30 days after date of issuance.It was nice that we were able to use them when it was convenient. But even with this change the birthday reward is better than at Starbucks. There I believe they only give you one day to use it.

@dangeRuss yes I know what you meant, I said I didn’t see reference to it (that it was d/c’ed). then there was a comma, discussing the free from points earned beverage. Gotta brush up on your punctuation!
