Afaik, if on the Kmart or Sears checkout page they say “You get $nn.nn CASHBACK in points to use later”, you should get it. You have to read the terms carefully, as it might be awarded at a later date (as in this $25 cashback deal, where “Points credit to account on 12/4/18 and expire on 12/10/18.”).
I’m thinking as long as you’re out-of-pocket $25 (before tax), as well as after any coupons, freecash, etc. you should be ok. But this is Kmart, after all…

Ain’t spending $59, that’s for sure. As for the stores, I still have one open in the area, but what you can order in stock for online pick up is limited and nothing really I want, even with $25 in points back.

I got three Smartsense 120 ct Spring scent and one Smartsense 240 ct Linen scent fabric softener sheets along with a Smartsense air freshener raspberry gel. My total spend was $25.15 ($27.10 after tax) and it says I should be getting back $26.26 in points. I should also get $2 for placing my $25+ order through retailmenot.com cashback. So after tax it should be a $1.16 MM. Usually they give you 25% extra in points when you buy $5+ of Smartsense brand items, but they didn’t do that this time around. Before even on 100% back offers, I would get 25% extra for buying Smartsense brand items. It is kind of hard to choose items as almost everything at Kmart is overpriced these days.
