Saw this today on my BankAmeriDeals:
Earn 10% cash back on your Office Depot OfficeMax purchase, with a $10.00 cash back maximum! Offer valid one time only. Offer expires 12/19/2018. Offer not valid on third-party purchases.
So it looks like you can get 10% cash back on a maximum one time $100 purchase. What I did, since I live in CA and can cash out gift cards that are less than $10, was to buy 10 $10 gift cards to use the offer to the max and then use the gift cards when 100% after rewards deals come along throughout the year. To borrow a line from Staples, “That was easy.”

If any of you got this BankAmeriDeal and have not used it yet, I suggest you go into an Office Depot store today (11/24) or tomorrow and buy $120 in Office Depot gift cards. They are having a two day promo that you instantly get $20 off at the register when buying $100 in office Depot gift cards. So when you buy $120 worth you will pay $100 and then pay with your Bank of America credit card that has this offer and you will end up with $120 in Office Depot gift cards for just $90. Office Depot gift cards can be used on 100% back in rewards deals and you will still get the 100% back.
