Sorry to hear that. What a hassle. I recall you saying you keep screwing yourself out of a lot of SBs, so stop whatever you’re dong right now and go file those support requests!

I am one of those whom SB owes for offers like $15SB for flowers around Easter. I have opened support tickets and they never answered me. For this reason, I just accumulate points by entering codes every now and then or using it as search engine to get SBs. It takes a while to cash out via paypal but I know I can’t win them all
