IDK anything about OD/OM since none in the state but I called Bic to ask about online purchases. OMG. Its an actual person in the U.S. I left a message on her voice mail and she called me back! Makes me
Bic. Anyway, online purchase is ok. So I placed 2 orders at the Staples kiosk to be delivered since the pens I wanted aren’t available in stores.

Original store receipt (online or in-store) dated 7/21/19-9/7/19 with the product purchase price circled. Altered receipts will not be accepted. Be sure to circle only the product purchase price.
