Where do you enter it?As long as the item qualifies for the coupon according to eBay’s terms, any price you negotiate with the seller has no impact on the coupon. The problem will be getting a reply/approval from the seller (especially given the holiday) before the coupon expires… unless you are willing to pay the price without the coupon (you are obligated to complete the purchase once your offer is accepted). I’ve done this myself with no problem, but the coupon didn’t expire for 2 or 3 days, so I felt confident that the seller would reply in time.
Codes are entered at checkout, after the cart, in the same section near the bottom where you enter eBay Bucks and gift card codes.

Thanks. I used the code to buy 2 $65 AT&T Prepaid refill cards that were on sale for $60 each and then after the additional 16% off, i only paid $51 for each refill card, so all in all I got $130 of prepaid airtime for only $102, so $28 of free airtime and no tax on the phone card refills, which are usually heavily taxed here in California.
