Shopped long and hard to maximize the $100 savings during the last 10% sale a few days ago, only to have eBay and PayPal get glitchy while I was checking out (10 minutes before the code expired) and expire the coupon just as I was about to submit the order!

that never seems to go on sale… 
If I’m correct in understanding that cell phones are in a category all their own, and not tossed under the umbrella of electronics (for coupon exclusions), then the 10% glitch the other day was happily fortuitous, paving the way for a 15% savings…

I think you are confusing the 10% -15% off PRESENTSGALORE code in the current thread with the 15% off PDECKTHEHALLS code from another thread. PDECKTHEHALLS is limited to “Home & Garden, Baby, Pet Supplies, Crafts.” However, to my knowledge, the exact exclusions for the PRESENTSGALORE are not known beyond the limited details in the OP above.
