Yesterday, Napa (West Chicago) sold me an 11" wiper blade for the rear window of my Caddy CTS Wagon.
Immediately removed the old 12" blade in their parking lot and returned to the counter.
After some hemming/hawing, they found the correct blade.
Had to add a roll of “shop towels” to meet the $10 minimum spend.
Net $.05 out of pocket.
