I’ve heard it argued here and on other sites that the seller is paid the full amount and that eBay eats the 15%. Well not so according to the PayPal accounting for part of my order:

Since I have never sold an item during one of these promotions, I can’t verify the PayPal statement but “Payment to seller” was bolded in the email to me and it sure looks to me like the seller takes the hit.?

I highly doubt it. EBay is notorious with shoddy reports not showing up the discounts properly.

Over the past several months, I’ve noticed that eBay has been running multiple versions of its promos simultaneously, @fivetalents — I wouldn’t be surprised if there is currently one available for sellers, too…

The AAP flyer that is shown online good thru the end of March shows the BOGO for Techron. I called their corp offices & spoke w/ Mary - she stated that both the stores as well as online orders both have BOGO on all 3 sizes of Techron. You’re right. Originally the website was showing these at half price. Flyer that expires 3/28 show it as BOGO free, but putting two in your cart doesn’t give any discount. Admittedly, I only went up to the page for entering payment info and didn’t complete the order. I may check in store, but online cashback shopping portal(s) are currently giving 8% back. One could order it online and sort it out during in-store pickup, but not sure that’s worth the possible hassle.

Picking up online orders in store invalidates cash back from most, if not all, cash back portals. The items must be shipped to trigger cash back.
