About 3 years ago we bought an RCA television. The screen died in less than 3 months and warranty service was required. It was less expensive for them to give us our money back than it was to repair the television. Upon speaking with the repairman and others, it seems RCA quality has dropped steeply. Apparently RCA is only the name, it is owned (ON corp.) and manufactured (TCL) in China. I will never again purchase an RCA.
I haven’t checked to see if Roku has/will be issuing a replacement model or something but I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s worked without a hitch. Good entry into the Roku world (unless you want 4K I suspect).
I got this as a second unit a few months ago
It came with one month DirectV free, a plus
