I don’t remember exactly where I saw it, but it wasn’t on the main points activity page. I saw it beneath one of the activities I had had just completed. I suspect, but am not sure, that it was on the Team Marlboro page because you earned the freebie by downloading pdf instructions for building a vertical garden. I can access the pdf download on the Team Marlboro page, but don’t see the offer there (although that may be because I already claimed it).

I won the $25 GC but won’t count on it until I receive it. The last $25 GC I won from them never arrived. I called customer service and they promised to send a replacement but never did. I’ve always received any physical gifts I’ve won, of which there have been many, but GCs have been less reliable (long ago, customer service had to replace a different GC I never received but I did get the replacement, that was for a smaller amount like $10 though).

This was years ago… but I did have screenshots/proof. They didn’t help because customer support verified the problem and promised to fix it/make it right but never did.
