I figured that out finally.
Working backwards from the rebate form here are the items that qualify for the Cuisinart gadgets rebate, so also $2.49 AR.

@niniss I noticed that same wording, have two items for Macys rebate submittal. I’m going to play it safe, and submit sep. forms, especially if the rebate offer # is different. if the rebate offer # is the same for mult. items, still fill out sep. forms but you can mail them in one envelope since the offer # on the outside of the envelope is the same for all of them.

@fivetalents I didn’t even known about that thread. For some reason i didn’t get alert for it. I actually was wondering why there’s no freebies this black Friday. I happened to be picking up an online order last Friday night and realized Macy indeed had their annual freebie thing but by then any good ones were all gone.

So one rebate per form (that’s the limit) and one envelope for each form. That’s what the instructions say. If you put rebate forms for e.g. 19-86632 and 19-86629 in the same envelope addressed to OFFER #19-86632 don’t be surprised if you don’t receive rebate 19-86629.

Agree completely. When I was writing up another rebate thread a couple of days ago, I had to delete several items because the product page kept toggling from “out of stock” and “add to cart.”

I’d placed a 2nd order and it was also cancelled. My first order cancelled was for in store pickup and 2nd was to be shipped-- which tells you how poor their inventory system is.
