Boost Mobile Motorola e6 phone

2010 when I retired, got a Ron Raygun phone from
Assurance Wireless/Virgin Mobile. Been thru
several phones since. So it seems VM is OOB
in the US and switched me to Boost. I was
ready for a new phone anyway and the prices
were good. Out of the couple of dozen, there
was only one that still had a removable
battery >MOTOROLA e6. Anyway, thought
I’d never get the dang thing open.
I haven’t activated it yet and wonder if any
have experience with this model and/or
any gotchas to worry about?
OH YEAH! Nearly forgot, it was made
in WUHAN, CHINA! smfh

What did you end up doing?
I’ve had the e5 for 5+ months and it’s been fine. I definitely needed a memory card but see no way to install apps on it, only storage/file transfer. Security updates are released regularly.
