FWIW, the sign up process doesn’t require a credit card. But when I selected the “Happy Hour” option, it forced me to select the “basic package” for $30/mo. Then I got a message that the credit card I had on file with Amazon would be billed starting on 4-23.

I got that screen pop up too, but there was a very small button to skip it, I believe… in any case I didn’t put in any cc info.

@dangeruss Are you sure you got the Happy Hour promo, Russ?
I was able to sign up for “Sling Free” without a CC, as AngryEyebrows pointed out. But I couldn’t figure out any way to get the Happy Hour deal without it.

Maybe it is sling free but I get the happy hour after 5pm? Seems like happy hour is already working even though it’s not quite 5pm yet in US.
