I got this e-mail today:
MrVietnam,
Thanks again for contacting Refund Recovery Group (RRG) to assist you in filing your claim for a refund from the $1.2B Auto Parts Class Action Settlement. RRG filed a claim on your behalf prior to the June 18, 2020 claims-filing deadline.
The Final Fairness Hearing to approve the settlement that was previously scheduled for April 29, 2020 has been postponed and has not yet been rescheduled. The Court-appointed Claims Administrator tells us:
“Payments for eligible claims will not be made until all claims have been reviewed and the Court has approved the distribution of Settlement funds for approved claims. This process may take several months to fully complete.”
We will update you as soon as we have more information.
Thanks for your patience.
