Yes, they have been tax free in CA due to that bill for many months now. Tax free ever since January 1, 2020.
By the way, one of the Rite Aids that I often frequent was broken into and looted last night. I took a walk to assess the damage. Two supermarkets, one auto parts store, and a Rite Aid were broken into.

Pretty sure that was COVID related since they cancelled instore events until June so instead seniors got 30% off every Wednesday in April and May.

I believe you are correct, went to RA today and only got 20% on the discount vs 30. MY bad, sorry for any hassles my post caused.

double dip on the M&M stand up bags (got off of FB) Buy 8 bags @ 2/6.00 get back 16.00 BC (maxed out on both) limit 4 on each deal. So far the only ones that worked are the regular, peanut, almond and peanut butter.
So spend $24, get $16 back. Comes to a $1 a 8.7-10.3 ounce bag. Less if you use any RA total purchase coupons you may have. I have a $4 off $20 that came in the mail last week, so I will get each of my 8 bags for 50 cents each.
