You can just post your requests here in the support forum, that’s what it’s for. That’s better than a PM because other users may be having a similar issue, preference, or insights on their experience that can help us resolve things faster. Then the solution get posted publicly so that anyone who has the same problem in the future can be referred here or can find the answer here themselves.

by the way, are emails visible to everyone?

Do you mean your chat history? No, mods can not view your chats unless it was sent it to them. It is may understanding that admins (i.e., @dangeRuss) can not view others’ chat logs either. If you create a chat group with multiple members, all members in that group will be able to see any messages sent via chat.

I believe admins and mods can see them but not regular users.

@dangeruss yes, that’s what I mean because I can see mine so I was concerned if it’s visible to everyone, even lurkers. if emails are accessible to everyone, they can spam your inbox for any reason. I’m glad to know emails are not visible to all except admin.
