Friends gave me some Michelob ultra seltzer. First sip was good, bubbly and fruity, next sip was like WTF. Guess the first sip cleaned my palate and then I noticed no sugar at all. Just bubbly fruit flavored water.
Fixed it with some cranberry juice and a miniature of vodka. Made for a decent drink.

Non alcoholic seltzer isn’t sweetened. Seltzer isn’t the same as club soda or fizzy water, it has a taste that not everyone likes. I wouldn’t expect Hard Seltzer to be sweet.

Not bad when you add a suitable flavored water enhancer (like Mio, etc) & like VegasVegan a little alcohol boost. Truly makes flavored hard lemonade seltzers that are ptretty good.

I tried Coors hard seltzer and they are not bad. It has a bit more sugar than the Basic brand. But the problem with Basic brand is not just lack of flavor, it’s the smell that i couldn’t stand it. I was going to pour them down the drain but then read somewhere that beer can be used to water plants so i will try that. Lol
