They had a $10/30 before? That would be a great savings.

@MrVietnam Assuming the BC deal is limit 2 on both weekly/monthly offers? That’s a good way to get $10 in merchandise for free + roll some bonus cash too. thx.

I’m not sure of the limits, MC, but I would imagine it is the standard limits (weekly 2, monthly 4).

Back a couple of months ago when they were having that clearance on the dollar aisle items, I picked up 8 bottles of their $1 aerosol air freshener 9 oz cans. I just got around to using one of them today and it squirts out rather than acting as an aerosol would in 6 of the 8 cans. I didn’t keep my receipt of course. I think I paid 75 cents each for them. I called customer service and she said I would need the exact date of purchase for her to look up the purchase on the computer and of course there would no way for me to remember the exact date of purchase since I don’t have the receipt. I am going to try to chat with customer service and see if they will help me out, perhaps just giving me some goodwill Bonus Cash to make up for it, but they are offline now. I sure learned a lesson from this little episode. Might be a $5 lesson. Aerosol air fresheners should only be bought a few at the most at a time and you should test them right away and keep the receipt.
I tried to contact the manufacturer, but all I get is their voicemail when I call and their mailbox is full.
I just e-mailed Rite Aid customer service. I’ll see if anything comes of that.
UODATE: Chat just opened and I chatted with Shannon and she will as a one-time courtesy give me $8 in Bonus Cash to make up for the defective cans:
As a one-time courtesy I will add the $8 Bonuscash back to the account. This will be available tomorrow after 6 am and expire in 30 days
I have found if you want results it is much better to chat with customer service then to call them. When I called the rep wasn’t willing to do anything.
