Confirming that the Valentines candy and gifts (like mugs, plush bears, heart picture frames, etc) are 75% off.
My store still had the 50% off signs up which was a good thing, as more stuff was still available, but price checks confirmed the 75% off prices.
Large heart shaped box candys (RStover, Whitmans, Hershey) were all about $2.49 (orig $10).

If you have Silver of Gold Wellness the L2C will not attach because the coupon value would be more than the retail price. Only free if you happen to have a Wellness card without a discount associated with it. Or you can buy 2 Red Bull’s with Silver of Gold and the $2.39 coupon will come off.
