I was avoiding subscribe and save items because I wasn’t sure if the $10 credit would only trigger when the item was billed upon shipping at the end of the month (my S&S schedule). While searching for a qualified item, I paused to reorder two of my regular S&S items… turns out one of them triggered this promo even though it ships from Amazon (but sold by a small business).

TLDR: S&S items qualify as long as it’s sold by a small business (even if shipped by Amazon).

  • Maybe a silly question, but is there list of qualifying small businesses anywhere? Also, would there be anything on an items web page saying that the item I’m looking at qualifies?

Why do you need a list of qualifying small businesses? Just search within all items sold by small businesses.

On the product page of qualifying items, there “should” be a note that states " Save $10 on Prime Day when you spend $10 on small businesses today. Exclusively for Prime Members." However, Amazon has never been very careful about always including such messages when it comes to sales on select items. If you find it through searching their small business inventory, it should trigger the discount whether that note is on the product page or not.
