Make sure to call your store to ask if they are participating in the promotion before you go out there or you may come home empty=handed. Many franchisees have decided to opt out of this promotion. Basically only corporate-owned stores will honor this promotion. I called Panera corporate to ask where the nearest corporate owned store near me was and the rep said just to make it easy he would add a free bagel to my account, which he did.
