@ctgolfer On my 3rd air fryer and think I’ve found the right one FOR ME. I tried 2 that opened like an oven because they had rotisseries, but they were a biatch to clean, especially the doors. Now using slide-out basket type most days, even for baking biscuits in a total of about 10min with hardly heating up kitchen. Keep up air fryer cookbooks.
