you just have to link it, dont think it has to be the same address but not 100% sure on that.

Absolutely not. Just scanned one today for the So Delicious deal. I have also linked/unlinked Target multiple times.
all I know is, I see no way to unlink a linked account and scan a receipt for Target. that compared to a store like Rite Aid where even with a linked account, you have the option to upload a photo versus waiting for credit.

Point downwards directly into your water. And squeeze 1 second per serving in 8 oz. of water (squeeze longer to add more flavor)! Each bottle contains numerous servings and makes many drinks, please be sure to read the label.

@MrVietnam really, I’ve mentioned in the thread and pm that these store pick up order take 2-3 days to credit on IB. It’s just the way it is. But it’s worth the wait to just order online and have the stuff waiting for you rather than have to go marching around the store for two Stur little plastic bottles. I’ve done many IB offers this way on Target, both pick up and shipped (once got a BUNCH of colgate TP on a deal) and they’ve all credited. You’ll get your $2.99 as will anyone else, obviously I ordered this too. I’d only be concerned after 3 days if it didn’t show up. Patience.
PS, think I put 7/8 as the circle offer either expired yesterday or today. said 1 day left.
