@c3 It didn’t for me, maybe because it was also on sale? I used a $10/$10 produce too.

FYI: I bought several of the Signature Soleil single cans for free, plus 5¢ recycling fee for each, in one transaction, using several $1 off SS offers. The reg price for the cans was 79¢ each. I found the single cans in a cold case next to the sandwich making bar in the deli.
Acme will have the Soliel for 2/$3 with digital (8pack cans) starting Friday. The $1/1 soliel and hopefully the $1/1 carbonated beverage Q’s will hit making them free. 16 cans for free vs 1 at a time. and only have to use 2 Q’s (or each) to get 16 cans.

If you have Fresh Pass the 5% off OO or Open Nature will override any item specific coupons. I bought OO baby spinach yesterday.
Reg price $5.99- -99¢ sale price
- -25¢ ForU personailzed coupon applied (5% of $5 sale price) even though I had the $1 off OO spinach from Fresh Adventure.
I contacted CS and they gave me a $2 off my next transaction.
So the next time I want spinach I will get it on an account that has the $1 coupon but does not have Fresh Pass.That’s strange, I got the Open Nature Frozen Pizza the other day. $2.99 on sale with digital, less $1/1 Fzn Pizza FA coupon less 5% FPass. paid $1.89 nothing was bumped off.

On Saturday I bought $15 worth of cat food and a few other items. A $10/$10 came off instead of the $15 personal care q. I had a $5/$5 Fresh Pass expiring today. The account also has a $10/$10. To make sure the $5/$5 came off I spent > $5, <$10. The $5/$5 probably would’ve come off if I spent $10xx because it’s the lowest value q but I didn’t want to take a chance that it wouldn’t.

The sun has set on our summer adventure. Thanks for joining us. We’ll see you next time!

@mrvietnam I would like an Autumn Adventure, a Winter Adventure and a Spring Adventure before the next Summer Adventure. I much prefer this to Monopoly!

when you think about it, the Fresh Pass was really one of the most valuable prizes. In just a month, I’ll have gotten 3 x $5/5 coupons, 5 new rewards from the 10c gas offer Q’s which is already good for a $7/7 anything. So that’s $22 in free stuff already, not to mention another ten months of $5/5 q’s. So off the bat, $72 over the year plus whatever else comes my way.
Plus the small amounts on Organics savings and other savings offers. Glad I signed up.

Re: the promotional credit. I received an email that it was available but maybe that was wrong?
Go to the FreshPass section to see if it’s available for clipping.
I signed up for Freshpass, and got a notice earlier this month about the $5 off coupon. At the time, I saw I had 2 coupons available, one expiring on 9/15 and one on 9/30. I can’t find the notice anymore. I wanted to use them before the 15th, and I tried everything I could think of, in the app and on the website, but I couldn’t find where they are located. I was very lucky and they gave me the discounts at the register anyway, but I want to figure this out by next month.
In a previous post with the terms, it said: “Subscribers receive the credit every month in the form of a $5 coupon available in their FreshPass offer gallery. The $5 coupon must be clipped to activate the credit for use on a subsequent purchase.”
How do I get to the Freshpass offer gallery? I seem to have the subscription to Freshpass in place but just can’t figure this out. If it makes a difference, this is Safeway.
Thanks for any help someone can give.

At the upper right corner, there are 3 icons: shopping cart, store location, and an unnamed one which would give you the menu options. From the menu, select FreshPass.
Or, just go to “Safeway for U”, and the coupons should be there. You can select “FreshPass Credit” under “Events” as a filter.

@c3
Thanks for letting me know where I should find it. I don’t have Freshpass under events in the filters. I’ll contact support and see if they can resolve this.

Unless you have a coupon available in that category in your account, you would not see it as a filter.

@hbg1 Another place to look: under the J4u coupons the very first one is Special Offers. Even if there aren’t any “real” coupons the 5% off OO is listed there.
-
@my4mainecoons
Thanks for the additional information. I didn’t see it under Special Offers.I called the “special” Freshpass help number tonight and the person couldn’t see my coupons either. They are escalating it, so we’ll see what happens. She said she was giving me a credit to use in store, but I’m not sure if or where I would see that on my end. Maybe it just turns up when I check out in the store?
-
@hbg1 Yes. It doesn’t show up as a coupon which is what J4u is. Not only that, it doesn’t expire and you don’t have to use it all at once. You should just see it coming off your next transaction.

@my4mainecoons Thanks for the info! I’ll be shopping at some point this week so it will hopefully work. And maybe they’ll fix my Freshpass by then.
