Fresh Pass $5 perk, not showing yet for October - Anyone?

As of 10/3, my monthly fresh perk rewards isn’t in my panel to clip. Anyone else with fresh pass experiencing this?

@mistercheap I haven’t gotten mine either. Most new offers appear on my Safeway acct on Wednesday, so hopefully tomorrow.

Fine with my family’s accounts. Should be available around mid-day (not right after midnight) on the first of each month.

I still have never had any coupons since I joined at the end of August. I’ve called three times so far, and they keep saying they will investigate.
The last time the agent said that a number of people have been having issues. Maybe the problem is spreading to those who previously were ok.

Investigate? I hope they will retroactively give you the missing credits, they should issue them when you call. how long does it take to verify you never got the digital offer?

They’ve actually been really nice when I call the Freshpass number. They’ve given me credits on my account to make up for the missing $5 coupons, and then some extra. That credit can’t be tracked on my end but I bought something yesterday and it was free except for tax, so it seems to work as expected.
I’m getting a bit frustrated that they can’t seem to fix my account though. I may call again towards the end of the month if I don’t hear back from them first (the last person said she’d call me back) to see about progress.
They can see right away that the coupons aren’t on my account, so that’s not the issue.

@mistercheap Yes, I did eventually receive the $5 perk for Oct.
Side note: Safeway seems to be having problems with their app/system. Last month I brought a new prescription to the Safeway pharmacy. The receipt has a QR code to get a $25 GC for a new RX. So I scan the QR code and enter the basic info (name, DOB) and it says “Unable to Verify Account”. I’ve called CS twice and corresponded with the Website CS at least three times. Supposedly it got escalated to the IT dept, but it’s been two weeks and it still isn’t working. I just want my $25 GC.
A benefit of using the Safeway pharmacy is you earn reward points on prescriptions.

I just got an email telling me I have two FreshPass perks, $5 expiring on 10/15 and the Starbucks coupon. I clicked the links to clip them and… nothing. Still not visible anywhere as far as I can tell. Looks like I’ll be calling support again.
