That aspect of it should be criminal. One thing to delete an account, another to abscond with money that is rightfully yours.

you just can’t steal someone’s money because it’s in your terms and conditions. By that logic they could put “we’ll come and break your arms if you don’t pay your bill”. Sure if you took them to court you’d win on that one.
